Shipping Policy
I have a $7.00 shipping and handling charge per order to cover shipping and handling costs. In order to make my website work, I need to have a shipping charge on each item, so there is an additional 1 cent per item shipping charge. |
| Returns
If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase from me you may return it. You pay return shipping and insurance. I will refund you the purchase price minus the small Paypal service charge through your paypal account.

| Overpayment
If you order something from the website that I am unable to send you and pay for it, for example, you order 5 opal buttons and I only have 2 or you order a unique button that I have already sold, I will contact you before sending out your order and let you know what is not available. You will have the option of canceling all or part of your order and receiving a refund.
If my website clearly stated how many buttons were available and you ordered more, I will deduct the Paypal service charge from your refund.
If my website did not clearly and accurately state how many buttons were available, I will send your refund with no deductions and pay the Paypal service charge myself. |
| Did Not Receive Your Order?
If two weeks has passed and you have not heard from me or received your order, please contact me and I will find out why and either send out another order or send you a refund. |
| Custom Orders
If you want something you don't see on the website and it seems to be something I can make, feel free to contact me and tell me about it. If I have the time and the order interests me, I may agree to make it. I have a $20 minimum purchase for custom orders. |
