Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
We process most orders within one business day.
Wholesale orders, orders for large quantities, and orders for clothing items may take longer.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
You can calculate the shipping for your order on any product page or at checkout.
For retail orders, the shipping costs are:

We ship most orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
For wholesale orders, the shipping cost is based on the actual cost from the carrier, and can be calculated on the product page or in your cart.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We email tracking numbers to our customers when we ship orders.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Buttonsmith is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
International Shipping Policy
We do not currently ship internationally.
If there is any problem with your order, please contact us. We are happy to return or exchange any non-customized order within 30 days of receipt.
Customized orders aren't automatically eligible for return or exchange, but contact us if there's a problem and we will try to make it right.
